I also understand that I do not have the ability to exclude these banner ads or choose which ones are displayed. If there are no active banner ads to show from other companies in this network, UnderwaterAds.org will show ads from it's own inventory and may exceed the 10% quota. 5. I understand and agree that UnderwaterAds.org does not sell or provide my contact information to anyone. 6. I understand and agree that some of my information (ie: company, ad title, category, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be displayed on UnderwaterAds.org for informational and advertising purposes only. 7. I do not hold UnderwaterAds.org responsible for any banner ads or the content of linked websites. 8. I agree not to alter the HTML code provided by UnderwaterAds.org for displaying banner ads on my web site. 9. I agree not to artificially inflate traffic counts of my website using a device, program, or any other means. Furthermore, I understand that tracking processes are implemented and limitations are enforced on the banner ads I show on my website. 10. I understand and agree that UnderwaterAds.org will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for services, however, there is no guarantee of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services. 11. I agree to utilize the services of UnderwaterAds.org at my own risk. Furthermore, I understand and agree that UnderwaterAds.org, it's administrators, it's partners and it's affiliates cannot be held liable for any damages or loss of information that may occur from the use of these services. 12. I agree to subscribe to the UnderwaterAds.org newsletter as long as I'm using the free services provided.
